The Junior League of Detroit, Inc. invites you to attend their 2010 Designer Showhouse. This beautiful stone-clad French Normandy style home was built in 1928 on the shore of Lake St. Clair and boasts over 6,500 square feet of living space. Located at 78 Lake Shore Road in Grosse Pointe Farms, the house is open for public viewing from Saturday, May 1 through Sunday, May 16, 2010. Hours are 10 am until 3 pm Monday through Friday with evening hours of 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On weekends, the house will be open from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday and 12 noon until 5 pm on Sunday. Advance tickets are just $15 each and may be purchased at the MDC main office, suite 25. Tickets may also be purchased at the event for $20 each.
