Upon receipt of all necessary components, we will review your application and e-mail you approval verification within 10-14 days.

MDC E-Mail Usage Policy
Michigan Design Center will be utilizing e-mail for a variety of business related purposes, including letting you know when your MDC Name Badge is available for pick-up, to make you aware of future renewal requirements, to send you event registration verification, etc. In addition, MDC sends out a monthly newsletter that covers a variety of topics related to Michigan Design Center, including new product lines, special showroom offers, and events. We respect the use of your e-mail and do not allow any other parties to utilize our e-mail addresses. Further, we make every attempt to limit our e-mail correspondences to just one per month. Providing your company meets the requirements as stated in our registration policy, your registration card will be issued within 10-14 days after receipt and approval of this completed form and all support information.

FOR COMPANIES ALREADY REGISTERED WITH MDC: AN APPLICATION FORM, BUSINESS CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH STAFF MEMBER THAT WISHES TO UTILIZE MICHIGAN DESIGN CENTER AND IT’S SERVICES. IN ADDITION, WE MUST RECEIVE A LETTER, ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD, VERIFYING THE EMPLOYMENT OF EACH APPLICANT AND STATING THAT EACH IS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED TO THE COMPANY REGISTRATION.
