This warm and enveloping study uses luxurious neutral textures on upholstery with accents of color and pattern on pillows, walls and rug. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases with pull-out trays flank the south window and custom book ledges fabricated from steel provide an aesthetic interest as well as additional book display.

This room has been designed with a dual function in mind. Primarily designed as a study / library; the room can simply be transformed into a comfortable guest room when needed. The sofa can convert to a queen size bed and the built-ins with pull-out trays become nightstands. Swing arm sconces mounted to the bookcases provide bedside lighting. The functionality of the room is easily changed as needed.
