EXTERIOR
Michele Mio
Swanson-Meads
’ architectural concept utilizing a combination of stucco and stone for the exterior was the perfect solution for this Arts and Craft style-home. The selection of a linear cut stone with a warm neutral stucco creates a dynamic curb appeal, while blending well with the street’s existing architecture. Bronze clad windows will distinguish this home from others on the block, while the warmly tinted trim color coordinates well with the limestone ledge encompassing the exterior of the home and softens the contrast between the stucco and trim.
