This kitchen is custom down to the smallest details, including colored and distressed cabinetry, one-of-a-kind paint treatment, and a 3" butcher block for a raised working height. Antique chandeliers were converted into down lights over the island.

This historic home once belonging to the Henry Ford family. The owners wanted to be respectful of the home’s provenance, but make it their own. Transitional furnishings gave the clients comfort and beauty while still honoring the home’s past.

home's heritage, yet portray the owner's personal style. Asian influences, transitional accents and antiques coexist in this inviting setting.

Our clients wanted a unique, modern update. A fireplace was removed and a 3-D wall with floating fireplace and inset television were designed to be the focal point of the room. Custom drapery and coffee table complete the contemporary look.

This commercial space caters to a very creative clientele. Classic iconic furniture from various design periods were upholstered in a bright green. A custom floor and walnut room divider add warmth.

This advertising agency wanted their new space to be fun yet functional. We chose to play up the “Top” portion of their name (Topolewski), so we collected vintage toy tops and used them as a mobile art installation in the lobby.

The client wanted this home office to have a strong connection to the garden outside. A custom one-of-a-kind drip painting technique resembles Spanish moss on a sunny day. A vintage office chair was reupholstered in a bright green chenille.

In order to create more space to display our client’s various collections we designed a deck with to visually open up the small dining room. A vintage bowling pin collection now hangs upside down over the French Doors.

It’s never been our goal to make a Dan Davis Design home, but rather the best home based on our client’s distinct personalities, tastes and needs. Our emphasis is making sure we understand what our clients are looking for before the designing of the space is commenced.
