Our showroom in the Michigan Design Center is a treasure, filled with new and antique carpets from around the world, wonderful broadloom carpeting, unique and beautiful hardwood, bamboo and cork flooring. Specializing in custom projects, rug searches, and unsurpassed service, our exclusive collections will enhance any design project.
We take special pride in our continuing support for students of Interior Design and Architecture with our annual Creative Space Competition, as well as our participation in ASID student emerging professional programs such as Real World Design Week highlighting student Shadow Day, where the topic, “Hand Made Rugs throughout the Ages”, provides a fascinating learning experience.
The Ghiordes Knot opened in 1977, and, since then, we have been providing distinctive rugs to the design community for over 34 years.
