The dream was to sleep many families under one roof for weekends of fun in the sun along the beautiful sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. The architected designed 4 guest rooms for the parents and the ultimate “Dorm” room.

The dorm bathroom features a hand-poured trough concrete sink, 3 shower stalls in Ann Sacks Tile, and 2 water closets. Each guest is assigned a number for the visit-the basket holds numerically monogramed towels for each.
