Michigan Design Center offers the opportunity for showrooms with sizes ranging from 500 square feet up to anchor positions as large as 28,000 square feet and every size option in between. Individually owned and operated, showroom space at MDC offers your company the ability to operate an independent business, yet benefit from the synergy of being part of a larger complex, creating a major shopping destination for high-end interior furnishings. THE RESOURCE CENTER
The Resource Center at Michigan Design Center offers our trade clients additional high-end residential and contract products and services for a variety of design applications, including faux finishing, paint, tiles and floor coverings, workroom services, wallcoverings, solid surfaces, window coverings, artwork, accessories and much more.

Resource Center Exhibitors display their product in floor and wall space areas (multiple sizing options are available). Each display agreement includes the distribution of sales materials, maintenance of the display area, access to a common meeting area, the ability to participate in MDC event opportunities and MDC marketing support via direct mail, email and website efforts.

The Resource Center Exhibitors are listed in our annual directory, included in our Design Notes newsletters and are invited to participate in our major trade and consumer events.

SHOWCASE WINDOW DISPLAYS
Our tenants can receive additional exposure at MDC by leasing one of our window display showcases, located throughout the building. These highly visible showcase windows are often used to introduce new products, highlight line additions or, simply direct traffic directly to the showroom location.
