Beaver Tile & Stone invites trade members to join them for an “Open-Air Trunk Show” along with representatives from Cambria, Patcraft, Sherwin-Williams, Arc | Com, and Facilitech Solutions. Take a midday break, enjoy a complimentary boxed lunch, and view new products, order samples, and discuss options with your industry colleagues and friends. RJ Thomas Creates Floor Stock Sale Showroom

Now designers can see Floor Stock Sale items all in one place. RJ Thomas has placed their entire inventory of sale merchandise inside Suite 77. There (for a limited time), you will find a wide array of furniture and accent pieces deeply discounted and available for immediate pick-up or delivery. New pieces are being added all the time, and you can see many pieces on their website as well.

Sample Return Protocol

All samples and memos must be returned to showrooms and companies per their individual return programs. Please do not leave any samples in the common areas of the building. Since MDC staff has no way of knowing the safety of these samples, all items left abandoned in the Lobby or other common areas will be disposed of in a hygienic manner, and you will run the risk of being charged for unreturned samples.

Decoroom Now Open in Suite 38

Decoroom is proud to announce the opening of their new showroom in Suite 38. The more spacious showroom has allowed them to add several new fabric lines to their portfolio, including an exciting partnership with Robert Allen Duralee Group. Stop by and browse their additional new fabric lines including Novus, Victor Thomas, Texture, Gianti, and IFI. New fabrics are coming in every day.

MDC’s Kosch Café to Reopen
Monday, July 13

Kosch Café is pleased to announce they will reopen Monday, July 13, for dine-in and carry-out service. Seating in the café has been reduced to allow more space between tables, and all the enhanced safety measures specified by the health department will be strictly enforced. The café is open daily, Monday - Friday, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and will offer their full selection of menu items.
