a glass of wine, relax in the tub, and look

out over the city.”

And as if to add a cherry atop the

sundae, DeLaurentiis says, “Then we put

a chandelier over it, which seemed to

complete the picture.”

It was a gesture like a final brush stroke

on an elegant painting that had once

been just a blank canvas.
