Detroit-based artist Andrew Madvin is known for his striking hand-sculpted glasswork that blends refined form with organic intensity. A graduate of the College for Creative Studies, Andrew continued his training at California College of the Arts and the renowned Pilchuck Glass School before founding Axiom Glass in 2000. His Thorn Series—offered in a spectrum of over 15 curated colors—beautifully juxtaposes sleek vessels with wild textures of hand-pulled glass thorns, creating a dynamic interplay of light and material.
