This ocean-side home shares a balance between high style and comfortable living. The barstools are the focal point to this kitchen finished in a custom black nickel finish and white leather seating surfaces.

The neutral color palette helps create the open, airy feeling with a sectional that hosts plenty of seating, martini tables, black nickel bar stools with an Italian Morano glass chandelier for the breakfast room overlooking the ocean.

This master bedroom has dramatic views overlooking the Pacific coastline. The contrast between the custom white "leather" bed and dark "espresso" nightstands adds to the dramatic views! A fun faux area rug was used to finish off the space!

Entering into a warm yet contemporary space.

This renovation's highest priority was to remodel the kitchen with a larger work space and better flow. We knocked down a wall that closed off the kitchen from the dining room. We also relocated the range, which is now a focal point between two windows.

The custom-designed built-in buffet is complete with silk wallpaper, custom artwork with leather-wrapped sconces, and opalescent jeweled hardware.

The delicate custom chairs, sleek curved back and tape trim detail add a large impact to the space. We had to ensure the style of chairs would not overpower the room. The soft blue window treatment framing the bay window makes this room complete.

My client wanted all light fabrics and was afraid of anything dark. I went with a theme with soft & white paisley fabrics and tape trim details. The main feature of this room is the beautifully renovated fireplace featuring Italian porcelain.

For the custom cabinetry on both sides of the custom designed fireplace, I did the doors with a ripple inset, a touch-latch door with no hardware, finished with a custom painted metal base.

This renovation was given a complete overhaul including additions to the home. Our approach for this home was to have a modern organic feeling with Asian influence.

We encountered many structural obstacles and challenges, but they ended up being the must unique parts of this home. The custom glass panels are an intricate part of the railing that took months to fabricate and many fittings to get right.

The custom-designed cabinet has a combination linen finish with sliding doors for added storage without being visible. The glass-enclosed sunroom reflects the dining room niche in the evening and is the client’s favorite space!

This renovation held a host of issues to resolve. The original fireplace was awkward and the ceiling was complex. The original fireplace concept was designed to use a 3-sided fireplace to divide two rooms which, became the focal point of the great room.

The design process began in the kitchen and, as the kitchen took on its own personality, the other design elements throughout the home carried through to a clean and classic modern style.

A monochromatic color palette adds to the organic sophistication of this space. The quietly rippled wall tiles, completely integrated concrete countertop, indirect ceiling light, and floating vanities add softness.

"The initial inspiration for this powder room was to have a water feature behind the vessel sink. I added a mosaic tile called Raindrop that is installed floor to ceiling to add to the dramatic scale of the trough faucet.

A modern real stone system and Zera Annex tile complement each other without overpowering the space. The color palette is sophisticated and neutral so that the architectural detail would be in unison with the entire space.

This 1940s Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired renovation has transformed my clients' lives. The home is adorned with bespoke furnishings throughout that capture the true style of the home.

For this stunning dining room, the selection of the modern interpretation of a refectory table is a perfect choice. The brushed steel stretcher and uniquely designed dining chairs add to the modern appeal.

An outdated single pedestal master bathroom is now a totally reconfigured master bathroom. Full wet room, custom floating his & her vanities, integrated cement countertops. Textured tiles give the impression of running water.

For this 1940s master bedroom renovation, the entire space was demolished with a cohesive new floor plan. The walls were reconfigured with a two-story walk-in closet, a bathroom with his and her vanities.

The sitting area is dressed with mid-century modern inspired chairs, a custom cabinet that acts as a beverage center for a cozy space to relax in the morning.

This 1940s mid-century modern home had a brick floor in bad shape. With a new modern inspiration (my clients love of cement floors) we set out to refinish the floor. The vision for the space was achieved.

I typically do not like to do matching light fixtures in varied sizes in any space but this was just the right thing to do for this particular foyer. A linear-style chandelier was the right choice for the space.

The driving force behind this kitchen was the homeowner's inspiration for space. A wish list was to have 2 large islands and an expansive table. We selected a predominantly white color palette to keep the space looking light.

There is a full prep kitchen beyond the Sub-zero refrigerator doors. The homeowners entertain family as well as clients, so they prefer the mess to be behind closed doors.

The homeowner’s wish for this master suite included a custom-designed classic tufted headboard. Fireplace and furnishings were selected specifically to create a mixed use of materials in keeping with the more contemporary style home.

This space is used for daily meetings and also has a Nano wall, which opens into a outdoor lounging area. Not your traditional library but a stunning work space, to be sure.

The Nano wall opens up beyond the kitchen nook and creates a whole other living space that brings the outside indoors. This screened-in living space is perfect for chilling out on a cool autumn night.

This kitchen renovation started with many challenges. A small narrow space was turned into an expansive kitchen with everything our client wanted. Complete with a 48" Wolf range and dual kitchen islands with one for prep only.

Without a trace of what was once a small dated 20-year old kitchen. Complete with double island, a custom designed range hood with custom on-site finish. With bespoke furnishings throughout the home.

The biggest challenge in the planning stages of this kitchen was to ensure the door entries, new window heights, and opening into the dining room would aline with each other as nothing lined up in the old space.

The dramatic contrast between neutral whites and dark espresso wood adds just enough excitement to the room without being over stimulating. Bespoke custom furnishings throughout create a gentle impact.

In the planning stages of this home we opened up the floor plan to integrate the kitchen and great room to be sure they had a clear view of the lake. We added a coffered ceiling & built-in to create interest to the room.

Industrial meets contemporary. The result was a perfect blend of two styles. A custom iron range hood with glass panels was left in a semi-finished state to give a weathered look. Cabinet finish has a linen textured look.

This new-build kitchen is open to the rest of the main floor. We wanted to identify the space, so we created the columns with a ceiling detail specific to the kitchen. Contrasing wood floors give added appeal to the open space.

The clients' wish for vanities opposite each other and hidden storage for towels & toiletries was tricky but accomplished. Classic styled cabinets with a neutral color palette were selected for a timless look.

To add interest to this master suite, we framed the bed with an arched detail and added a wood veneer wallpaper to create texture and warmth. The square ceiling detail with indirect light adds a layer of interest to the room.

My clients have a very sophisticated palette. With wide open spaces atypical with such a home, set this home apart from other classically designed homes. It makes this home a departure from the ordinary.
