“Bringing Design to Life: The Role of Architectural Models, Brand Storytelling, and Visualization in Client Engagement”
Join us for a complimentary brunch with Aimee & Dean Zoyes of Zoyes Creative as they explore how strong visual communication shapes successful projects.
Through notable projects in Detroit and beyond — including the Hudson’s Detroit development and their acclaimed 3D-printed model of Notre-Dame de Paris — they’ll demonstrate how physical models, immersive renderings, and brand storytelling help designers communicate ideas clearly, build client confidence, and move projects forward efficiently.
While much of their work caters around large-scale developments, many of the same principles translate to everyday practice for designers, builders, and architects. This presentation will offer perspective on presenting ideas, guiding conversations, and helping clients better visualize the finished space.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to view one of their 3D models firsthand, created for the Hudson’s Detroit development. A complimentary French-inspired brunch will be served.
